EPS Insulated Panels the density is typically 30 kg/m³, but can be customized to customer requirements. They are commonly used for cool rooms, warehouse exterior walls, and can also be used as roofing panels. The facing layer is usually made of 0.4-0.6 mm thick corrugated steel sheet, and colors can be customized. The length is suitable for containers up to 11.85 meters in length.

Products Workshop
EPS Insulated Panels are produced through a continuous, automated process. Metal panels are unwound, coated with film, and roll-formed. The upper panel is then conveyed onto a laid EPS board, filling the cavities between the panels and bonding them firmly. The EPS/XPS is then bonded to the panel under hot pressing and with adhesives. After cooling, the panels are precisely cut.

A: Our standard payment terms are: 30% deposit by T/T in advance to secure the production order, with the remaining 70% balance to be paid in full by T/T before shipment. This ensures a smooth process for both parties.
