Element New Materials is a PU cold room panel and polyurethane sandwich panel manufacturer in China.
Since 2012, Element has invested RMB 22 million in an Italian PUMA fully automatic polyurethane energy-saving panel production line, with annual production capacity of over 2 million m². The automated production process improves product consistency, dimensional accuracy and manufacturing efficiency.
Element's production line manufactures PU sandwich panels, PU edge-sealed rock wool panels, PU edge-sealed glass wool panels and PU cold room panels for cold storage, freezer rooms, food processing facilities and industrial buildings.

Refrigeration Equipment
- FAN Equipped with WEIGUANG fans featuring high efficiency and low noise. Detachable four-grid grilles simplify maintenance. Fan motors come with IP54 protection rating and Class E insulation, and all fans undergo balancing testing before factory delivery.
- CONDENSER 0.105 mm thick aluminum foil with densely arranged inner-grooved copper tubes (7 mm diameter, wall thickness ranging from 0.18 to 0.24 mm). Compact tube size of 21 mm × 18.19 mm delivers outstanding heat transfer efficiency. The secondary condensation design boosts subcooling degree by 3–8 K, enabling rapid cooling even in summer.
- RECEIVER Custom enlarged horizontal receiver exclusive to Odafax, matched with high-brand sight glass and drier filter.
- COMPRESSOR Optional mainstream brand compressors including Copeland, Embraco and more.
- Built-in Electric Control System Integrated with high & low pressure transmitters, condenser fan speed regulation, and remote display for suction pressure, discharge pressure, liquid supply temperature and defrost temperature.
