In July, Henan Element New Materials Co.,Ltd received an inquiry from an Argentine client regarding a modular cold storage facility for fresh fruit. The client needed a sectional, prefabricated cold storage unit primarily for storing oranges, apples, and grapes. The project specifications were fully customizable; the system was designed to operate on the local 380V three-phase power supply, maintain a stable internal temperature range of 0–8°C, and allow for fine-tuning of temperature and humidity settings to suit different fruit varieties.

Project Requirements
The client plans to build a partitioned combined cold room for storing fresh fruits including oranges, apples and grapes. Based on the storage demand and site condition offered by the client, the cold room dimension is 3 × 9 × 3 m, total volume 81 m³. Internal partition wall divides the warehouse into two independent cooling zones. This project supplies full set of cam-lock PU insulation panels, manual sliding cold room doors, complete refrigeration system, pipe fittings and electrical control accessories. It maintains stable 0℃ inside the cold room to slow fruit respiration and prevent rot.
