Factory Workshop
There are eight steps to make the garage door panel by the automatic continuous production line .they are uncoiling film laminating-roll forming-PU foaming and solidifying-fly cutting-cooling-stacking and wrappacking.
Unique door panel connection reinforcement technology. Built-in reinforcing ribs, 16mm wide and 1.0mm thick, are placed at the door panel joints to ensure the installation strength of the hinges, giving all parts of the door sufficient strength for durability.
The 40mm thickness make the door panel good mechanical properties, good dimensional stability, and no decrease in strength or shrinkage at low temperatures. Experiments showed that the long-term heat resistance temperature range is between -50℃ and +100℃, and there was no damage even when the short-term test temperature reached +250℃.
