The 40mm Thickness Sandwich Panel 8x7 Insulated Garage Door is a polyurethane-coated steel garage door panel with an anti-pinch design. Sizes can be customized, with common sizes including 8*7ft and 16*8ft. Operating temperature: -20°C to +50°C. The tracks and hinges are made of high-quality 2.0mm thick galvanized steel sheet, stamped and rolled using specialized molds, resulting in high strength, long service life, and over 20 years of rust resistance.

Steel Plate: Wood Grain Plate, using 0.28mm thick galvanized color steel plate with an epoxy resin coating suitable for polyurethane bonding; the substrate is generally Q195 material, hardness HB240-280, elongation 24-28%; the inner packaging lining should include a 508 inner diameter paper drum; the color coating of the plate is uniform, the steel plate is neatly coiled, without edge waves or large S-curves; commonly used colors include white-gray, silver-gray, beige, brown, golden oak, black walnut, etc.
Mirror Plate: Using 0.4mm thick galvanized color steel plate with an epoxy resin coating suitable for polyurethane bonding; commonly used color is silver-gray.
Blowing Agent: Non-flame retardant 141B system blowing agent.
