Using a 40mm polyurethane door panel and color steel as the surface layer, the specimen remained undamaged after being subjected to a positive pressure difference of 1500Pa for 10 seconds. The track thickness is 2.0mm, and the hinge thickness reaches 2.5mm. The door panel can also be reinforced with additional ribs to increase strength.
