Coated Steel Uncoiling
First, the factory uncoils the coiled coated steel and prepares it for subsequent processing. This process requires ensuring that the surface of the steel is intact for subsequent handling and processing.
Electrostatic Film Laminating
The uncoiling steel surface will be electrostatically film-laminated. This process uses electrostatic adsorption technology to firmly attach the protective film to the steel to enhance corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
Forming of Coated Steel Sheet
The laminated steel will be sent to the forming machine for shaping. Through different forming processes, the steel sheet is made into the required garage door shape and specifications..
Double Track Foam Composite

Precise Machine Cutting
After composite, the composite panel is cut into the final required size and shape through precision machine cutting to ensure the accuracy of each component.
Panel Cooling/Stacking
The cut panels need to be cooled to ensure stability and strength in subsequent processes, usually using natural wind or special cooling equipment. After cooling, the panels will be neatly stacked for transportation and packaging. This process requires careful operation to prevent panel damage.
