Automated continuous door panel production lines
We have a fully automated polyurethane production line that handles everything from material feeding, foaming, composite cutting, and so on. Daily production capacity is 3000 meters.
Experimental equipment
For each batch of gate and garage door, we conduct high and low temperature resistance tests to ensure that the panels remain intact at -35℃ and 50 ℃.
Torsion Springs workshop
Our torsion spring system, the winding reel is a cast aluminum component, die-cast in one piece, and paired with a connecting key, ensuring a more secure and stable connection between the winding reel and the torsion spring shaft, while also facilitating easier installation.
Hardware Stock
All important components, such as door panels, tracks, and torsion springs, are designed and manufactured in-house to ensure long-term supply and timely service.

Track Inspection
The 2-inch, 2.5-inch, and 3-inch tracks are made of galvanized steel coils and rolled into shape. The punching and cutting processes are all performed by fully automated CNC operation.
