Products Workshop
Coated Steel Uncoiling.
The production process begins with the precise uncoiling of pre-coated steel coils. This initial stage requires careful handling to ensure the integrity of the coated surface is maintained, providing a flawless foundation for subsequent processing steps.

Electrostatic Film Laminating
The uncoiled steel undergoes electrostatic film lamination. Utilizing advanced electrostatic adsorption technology, a protective film is permanently bonded to the steel surface. This enhances both corrosion resistance and visual appeal while safeguarding the material during further fabrication.

Forming of Coated Steel Sheet
The laminated steel is then fed into high-precision forming machines. Through controlled roll-forming processes, the flat sheets are accurately shaped into panel profiles that meet exact garage door design specifications.

Double Track Foam Composite
Formed panels proceed to foam injection. Polyurethane foam is rigorously injected under pressure into the double-track panel structure, creating a continuous core that significantly improves thermal insulation and acoustic performance.

Precise Machine Cutting
Finally, the composite panels undergo computer-numerical-controlled (CNC) cutting. This automated process ensures each panel is trimmed to exact dimensional requirements, guaranteeing consistency and perfect fit during door assembly.

FAQ
Q: Q1: What are the standard sizes for a 2-car garage door?
A: While commonly referred to as "standard," we offer extensive customization. Popular single-panel widths include 435mm, 485mm, 500mm, 535mm, and 610mm. The overall door width is achieved by combining multiple panels. We highly recommend providing your exact rough opening measurements for a perfect custom fit.
Q: Q2: What is the door made of, and how thick is it?
A: The door panels are constructed from high-quality PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Steel Coil), which offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability. You can choose the material thickness (0.35mm, 0.45mm, 0.5mm, or 0.6mm) and the panel thickness (from 40mm to 80mm) to meet your specific insulation and structural needs.
Q: Q3: How is the door insulated, and what are the benefits?
A: Our doors are insulated with high-density PIR foam (45kg/m³). This superior insulating material significantly improves thermal efficiency, reducing energy costs, minimizing noise from outside, and enhancing the overall durability and rigidity of the door panel.
Q: Q4: What color and design options are available?
A: We offer a variety of standard colors including White, RAL 7016 (grey), Brown, Silver, and Golden Oak. Custom colors are also available upon request. For the panel design, you can choose between One-Line or Three-Line patterns, with Short or Long Raised panels, and finishes like Smooth or wood grain textures.
Q: Q5: What is included in the package?
A: The door system comes in a clearly organized package: one package contains all the door panels, and a separate package includes all the necessary galvanized hardware (tracks, springs, brackets, etc.) for installation.
Q: Q6: What kind of warranty do you provide?
A: We stand behind our product's quality with a strong warranty: a 5-year warranty on the door panels and a 2-year warranty on all included hardware.
