Element Chiller Room Door is engineered for medium-temperature cold storage applications. It effectively blocks heat exchange to maintain stable above-zero temperature inside the cold room and cut energy consumption.
Built with premium B1 fire-rated PU foam insulation core, this cold room door is perfect for non-freezing projects including fruit & vegetable preservation, temporary meat storage, dairy processing and flower warehousing.
We offer multiple door types: hinged door, swing door and sliding door. The hinged type supports manual operation while sliding doors can be equipped with remote control. Door thickness ranges from 100mm to 200mm, and all dimensions can be fully customized to match your actual door opening.
Surface material options include color steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, featuring strong corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. With reliable sealing performance and simple operation, it handles frequent personnel access and small goods transfer efficiently.

Element Fully Buried Cold Room Door The standard size of our fully buried cold room door is 800×2100mm with a 100mm thick insulated panel. We equip perimeter electric heating cables around the door frame to avoid frost and ice formation. A 600mm high aluminium alloy anti-collision kick plate is fitted at the bottom of the door panel to resist daily impact damage. Built-in safety escape device is included as standard, allowing personnel trapped inside the cold room to open the door easily from the interior for emergency evacuation.
