Element-hed cold room doors use polyurethane core material and have heating wires installed in the door frame to prevent frost buildup. We also add a 1-meter high- aluminum plate to the bottom of the cold storage door for extend its lifespan. The hinged door standard size are 700mm*1700mm, 800mm*1800mm, and 1000mm*2000mm. We also provide the customize door size.
For hinged doors exceeding 2 meters in height, installing 3 or 4 hinges provides greater stability.
Mini-recessed and fully recessed doors are generally available; fully recessed doors are equipped with automatic door closers.

The door leaf is fully recessed into the wall. The plastic/steel shell with internal PU foam eliminates thermal bridges, providing superior insulation.
The embedded design minimizes air exchange, enhancing overall thermal efficiency.

They generally use a combination of plastic profiles or color steel sheets, with polyurethane filling inside to prevent thermal bridging.
The hinges and locks of fully recessed doors directly apply pressure to the door body, ensuring the sealing strip can withstand pressure caused by temperature changes and wind pressure, reducing leakage. Fully recessed doors are suitable for smaller cold storage rooms. For larger cold storage rooms, we offer double-opening sliding doors and manually hinged doors.
