Production Process

 

 

Polyurethane Insulation Board is manufactured on imported Italian continuous production lines using mature high-pressure foaming technology. The raw PU material is injected into the gap between metal sheets and expands evenly under controlled temperature and pressure.

After foaming, the composite structure passes through a constant-temperature curing section so the foam core reaches stable density. Then Polyurethane Insulation Board is cut to precise length and the edges are trimmed to form accurate tongue-and-groove profiles.

At the end of the line, each Polyurethane Insulation Board is checked for density, flatness, dimension and surface quality. With an annual capacity of 2,000,000 square meters, our Polyurethane Insulation Board can support both small custom orders and large bulk projects.

Case1: Mango Cold Storage Project, Piura, Peru

A fruit exporter based in Piura built a prefabricated cold storage for mango ripening and preservation. They selected Polyurethane Insulation Board for wall and ceiling enclosure. Piura has high daytime temperature and heavy humidity in rainy seasons. The closed-cell structure of Polyurethane Insulation Board blocks heat penetration and prevents moisture from entering the cold room. With these Polyurethane Insulation Board, the client keeps stable 12°C storage temperature for mangoes, reduces fruit loss rate and cuts monthly refrigeration power cost obviously.

Case2: Meat Processing Plant Freezer, Oujda, Morocco

A local meat processing factory in Oujda upgraded their deep freezer workshop. Polyurethane Insulation Board was adopted to rebuild freezer partition walls and roof. The factory needs constant -25℃ environment for frozen meat stock. Our Polyurethane Insulation Board features low thermal conductivity and strong cold resistance.
