The Cam Lock Puf Panel produced and developed by Element is a polyurethane foam composite panel specially used in cold rooms. CamLock is installed in the middle of the PU panel to tightly connect the two panels. It usually consists of a rotating metal part (cam) that locks into the striker or receiver when turned with a key or lever.

The puf panel cold store room standard configuration uses 0.3mm-0.8mm thick PPGI pre-coated galvanized steel sheets, and also supports customization with various materials such as aluminized zinc sheets and 304 stainless steel sheets. The core insulation layer uses rigid polyurethane (PU/PIR) flame-retardant foam material, with uniform and delicate foaming and a dense structure. The core foaming density can be customized to 40-50kg/m³, with a standard density of 40±2kg/m³. The closed-cell rate of the board is as high as 90% or more, and the thermal conductivity is as low as ≤0.022W/(m·k), with thermal insulation performance far exceeding that of traditional insulation boards.
