The fully automated production line first unwinds the pre-coated steel coils precisely and checks the surface integrity. The protective film is firmly bonded to the steel plate surface through electrostatic adsorption technology to improve corrosion resistance (salt spray test ≥ 500 hours). The plate is then processed to a precise arc (tolerance ± 0.5mm) by a hydraulic forming machine, and German BASF polyurethane foam is injected to form a double-track insulation structure (thermal conductivity ≤ 0.022W/(m·K)). CNC cutting ensures the panel size accuracy (error < 0.3mm), and finally it is stacked and packaged in a scratch-proof environment after being processed by a constant temperature cooling system. The entire process goes through 12 quality inspection procedures and meets the EN13241-1 international standard.
