Element Aluminum Garage Doors use aluminum panels as the cladding layer, filled with polyurethane insulation. Pure aluminum panels with an aluminum alloy frame can also be used as the door panel, offering a long service life and corrosion resistance.
The color of Aluminum Garage Doors can be customized. If polyurethane is used as the core material, the aluminum panel thickness is generally 0.5mm-0.7mm, and the overall door panel thickness is 40mm. The overall door panel is relatively lightweight, weighing approximately 7.2-8.5kg per square meter.
If all 3.0mm aluminum panels are used with a 60mm aluminum alloy frame, the door panel itself is heavier, weighing 22kg per square meter. Industrial torsion springs and motors are required for lifting, resulting in a higher overall price, but a longer service life.

Panel Workshop
After production is completed in the product manufacturing workshop, we will assemble the parts, measure the dimensions, and send them to the customer for confirmation. Once the customer confirms that everything is correct, they can arrange the final payment.
Track thickness
The track thickness should be no less than 2mm, and after powder coating, the track thickness can reach 2.4mm.

The Element Aluminum garage door is made of 7016 color and features two large windows, each measuring 1000*330mm. The door panel has a large, embossed grid pattern, with the grid size matching the window dimensions.
The client chose the same garage door style for both garage doors, creating a harmonious overall look. The doorway dimensions are 3500*2200mm.

The aluminum alloy garage door is brown, with an aluminum alloy veneer panel and an aluminum alloy frame, with an overall thickness of 60mm. The hardware is powder-coated black and includes an industrial motor and industrial torsion springs.
