During the coated steel processing process, the steel sheets are first prepared through an uncoiling process to ensure a pristine surface for subsequent handling. Electrostatic adsorption technology is then used to coat the steel sheets with a film to enhance corrosion resistance and aesthetics. The coated steel sheets are then processed by a forming machine into the shape and specifications required for the garage door. They are then laminated with foam to create a double-track foam structure, enhancing thermal and acoustic insulation. The composite panels are then precision-cut to their final dimensions to ensure component accuracy. The cut panels are cooled and shaped to ensure stability, typically using natural air or specialized cooling equipment. Finally, they are neatly stacked for transport and packaging. Care must be taken throughout the process to avoid damage.
