Products Description
Element Cam Lock Cold Room Panels are designed for walk in cooler or freezer. The built-in locking structure helps panels connect tightly during installation, reducing assembly time and improving the overall sealing performance of the cold room enclosure.
Element products are designed for chiller rooms, freezer rooms, blast freezers and temperature-controlled storage facilities. The system can be configured according to project temperature, room size, product load, door opening frequency and local installation conditions.

Factory Workshop

Cam-lock cold storage panels are typically manufactured using a discontinuous molding and foaming process. Galvanized steel sheets are first uncoiled, leveled, and roll-formed to create eccentric cam-lock tongue-and-groove profiles on both sides, followed by cutting and protective film application. The top and bottom panels are then placed into a molding press, where eccentric locking hooks and seals are pre-installed.
High-pressure equipment injects PU or PIR foaming materials, and the assembly undergoes full curing under constant temperature and pressure within the preheated mold. After demolding, CNC trimming removes excess material, and EPDM sealing strips are installed.
Once the panels have fully cured to relieve internal stress, they undergo inspections for appearance, dimensions, foam density, and cam-lock engagement performance before being fitted with edge protectors and packaged for storage.
Project Cases

Cold storage doors are widely used across various cold chain applications: low-temperature doors are typically used for meat and seafood freezers, blast freezers, and low-temperature processing rooms; medium-temperature doors are suitable for fruit and vegetable preservation warehouses, cold chain logistics hubs, and food processing workshops; and ambient-temperature insulated doors are commonly used in supermarket fresh-food back-of-house areas and central kitchens.
