Camlock cold storage panels are available with PU, PIR or EPS core materials. You may choose PPGI color steel or stainless steel facings according to working conditions: color steel for general cold rooms, and stainless steel for scenarios requiring high hygiene and corrosion resistance. Panel color and thickness ranging from 50‑250 mm can be customized per project. Manufactured by factory high‑pressure one‑step lamination foaming, the panels feature uniform foam cells and high closed‑cell rate to effectively prevent cold leakage and eliminate thermal bridges. Easy installation greatly shortens construction time. The panels have a service life of over 15 years and come with a 5‑year manufacturer warranty.

Continuous Lamination: PU/PIR foam is injected between metal facings (pre-painted steel/SS304) under controlled pressure, ensuring uniform density and adhesion .
Cam Lock Edge Formation: Precision cutting molds the interlocking edges for airtight assembly; automated systems maintain ±1mm tolerance .
Surface Treatment: Metal sheets are pre-coated with anti-corrosion layers (e.g., PVDF for UV resistance) .
Quality Control: Includes mechanical stress tests and thermal performance verification .
Material Structure: Sandwich panel design with outer layers of pre-coated galvanized steel (0.4–0.8mm) or stainless steel (SS304), and a rigid polyurethane (PU) or PIR foam core (50–250mm thickness). Thermal Insulation: Low thermal conductivity (0.024W/m·K) ensures superior energy efficiency.
