PU cold‑room panels are specially designed for cold storage, freezers and blast freezers. Constructed with high‑density PU foam core, outer facings can be PPGI color steel or stainless steel as project requires. Standard thickness options include 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm and 200mm.
Superior to ordinary building insulation materials, PU panels perform reliably under continuous low‑temperature conditions. They minimize cold loss through walls and roofs, keeping refrigeration equipment running steadily. With tongue‑and‑groove or cam‑lock joint design, panels lock together on‑site, creating fewer joints for fast installation. Disassembly and modification are also convenient for future adjustments.
Customization is available for panel dimensions, surface material and color according to cold‑storage size, operating temperature and site conditions.

Multiple loading‑unloading operations during ocean shipping often cause dented corners and surface scratches on cold room panels. For export shipments, all panels are covered with surface protective film and fitted with corner guards. Each stack is tightly wrapped with stretch film and secured on fumigated wooden pallets. Proper spacers and stops are arranged inside the container to prevent friction and impact caused by rough sea transit. Upon arrival at the project site, panels stay in good condition and are ready for direct cold‑storage assembly, cutting extra repair costs and construction delays.
