Products Description
Cold room panels faces huge challenges in meeting fire protection regulations. The use of thermal insulation sandwich panels with higher fire safety performance is one of the primary considerations for various buildings, large cold storage projects, etc. The emergence of PIR (polyisocyanurate) just solves this problem. PIR - an excellent low-temperature cold insulation material! It is a modified polyurethane material. Compared with PUR (ordinary polyurethane material), it has the following advantages:
■ High fire safety performance: PIR core material is B1 grade difficult fuel, self-extinguishing away from fire, will not melt when burning, and has low smoke content and no high-temperature decomposition dripping.
■ Wide operating temperature range: The operating temperature of the core material is between -180℃~+120℃. When used in low temperature or even ultra-low temperature environment, it shrinks little and does not become brittle. It is an ideal insulation material for large cold storage projects;
■ Good insulation effect: The thermal conductivity is less than 0.021, and the insulation performance is good. It can reduce the heat transfer caused by the temperature difference between inside and outside to achieve the maximum efficiency of the freezing and refrigeration system;
