Element cold room ceiling panel adopts high-quality polyurethane composite board (PU sandwich panel) structure, with a thickness of generally 100mm, specially designed for low temperature environment, meeting the load-bearing and sealing requirements of cold storage ceiling installation.

 

The panel adopts 0.5mm galvanized steel plate/304 stainless steel, lined with high-density polyurethane foam (density 45±2kg/m³), and the standard 100mm thick plate can bear ≥150kg/m² uniformly distributed load.

 

Reinforced steel hidden beam structure, pre-embedded corner code at the node to ensure the safety of hoisting. We will provide low-temperature resistant sealant, and after inspection and testing, there is no condensation water accumulation at the joints.
