Our Cold Room PU Insulation Panel features a PU core density of 42kg/m³ ±2. Face sheets can be customized with color steel, stainless steel and other materials; these alternative finishes require separate quotations.
We adopt continuous CFC-free foaming technology to achieve uniform, dense foam. The panel has a closed-cell rate ≥97%, low-temperature dimensional stability ≤1.5% and water absorption ≤4%.

Raw Materials

Cam Lock System: Quick-connect mechanism for fast, airtight assembly without additional sealing.
Durability: Corrosion-resistant metal facing, moisture-proof foam core, and long service life (15+ years).

STEP 1: Reserve a gap at the L-shaped joint between the ceiling panel and wall panel.
STEP 2: Apply on-site foaming sealant within the reserved gap.
STEP 3: Pre-coat sealant on contact surfaces between internal & external L-shaped trims, wall panels and ceiling panels.
STEP 4: Seal wall and ceiling panels with internal & external L-shaped trims plus curved corner profiles, then fasten using rivets.

What thickness PU panel do I need for my cold room?
75/100mm panels are recommended for 0~-5℃ chiller rooms; 150mm for -18℃ common freezer rooms; 175/200mm for -25℃~-35℃ blast freezers. We can offer professional thickness suggestion based on your project temperature.
What surface materials and colors are available for PU freezer panels?
We supply PPGI, 304/316 stainless steel and embossed aluminum plates. Standard color is RAL9002, and other RAL color numbers can be customized as your demand.
Can you customize the size of freezer room panels?
