Element has purchased and officially put into operation a fully automated polyurethane energy-saving panel production line from PUMA in Italy.
It is one of the largest green energy-saving panel manufacturers in China, with an annual output exceeding 1 million square meters. This 180m long production line requires only 7 people to operate perfectly.
The polyurethane composite panel production process includes: unwinding and laminating → pressing and molding → fabric application → high-temperature foaming and double-track curing → cooling → cutting → stacking.
