Element has imported and officially a fully‑automatic energy‑saving polyurethane panel production line from PUMA Brand, Italy.
As one of China's leading manufacturers of green energy‑saving panels, our annual output exceeds 1 million square meters. This 180‑meter‑long production line can be fully operated by only 7 workers.

Chiller room
The Australian cold storage project, with a total area of 650 square meters, utilizes 100mm polyurethane sandwich panels (0.5mm PPGI galvanized steel).
The key to the project's success lies in strict adherence to local Australian standards: the electrical system complies with the AS/NZS 3000 electrical standard; the warehouse doors are equipped with internal safety emergency release mechanisms.
Equipment selection must fully account for the local high-temperature environmental conditions. All installation and commissioning work must be performed exclusively by ARCTICK-certified technicians.
High-quality materials combined with strict compliance with local regulations are central to ensuring the project's safe, efficient, and legally compliant operation.
Freezer Room
The U.S. cold storage project uses Element 150mm cold storage panels. Element provides free drawing and dimension calculation services and assigns a unique code to each panel. Customers can assemble the panels simply by referring to the codes and drawings. The panels feature a hook-and-lock interface, allowing for quick assembly with the help of tools.
In addition, the customer ordered aluminum cooling coils, and our team provided online installation guidance, resulting in a successful installation.

Project Installation

For cold‑room installation, you need: PU cold‑room panels & insulated doors, refrigeration unit & air cooler, electric control system, plus sealing profiles, locks, cables, drain accessories and installation consumables. We can calculate the full BOM list once you provide your drawing or dimension.
- The enclosure system consists of cold‑room sandwich panels, insulated doors, together with edge trims, locks, sealant and other hardware accessories.
- The refrigeration system includes condensing unit, air cooler, condenser, copper pipes, valves, refrigerant and other refrigeration components.
- The electric control system involves control box, temperature sensors, cables, cold‑room lamps, door‑contact switches and emergency‑stop devices.
- Installation consumables cover hanging brackets, floor insulation & moisture‑proof materials, drain fittings, expansion bolts and other construction supplies.
