What thickness PU panel do I need for my cold room?
75/100mm panels are recommended for 0~-5℃ chiller rooms; 150mm for -18℃ common freezer rooms; 175/200mm for -25℃~-35℃ blast freezers. We can offer professional thickness suggestion based on your project temperature.
What surface materials and colors are available for PU freezer panels?
We supply PPGI, 304/316 stainless steel and embossed aluminum plates. Standard color is RAL9002, and other RAL color numbers can be customized as your demand.
Can you customize the size of freezer room panels?
Yes. Standard effective width:960/1000/1120mm, maximum customizable length up to 11800mm. Steel sheet thickness ranges from 0.4mm to 0.7mm. Fire rating B1/B2 is optional.
What is the delivery time and payment method of Polyurethane Foam Insulation Sheets?
