PU Cold Storage Door and Panel Deliver to US
The 800 square meters of 100mm thick polyurethane cold storage panels ordered by the American customer have been produced and are ready for shipment.
4-inch thick cold storage panels can be used in flower storage, freezers, etc., with temperatures ranging from 5°C to -18°C.
Element utilizes a fully automated polyurethane production line from PUMA in Italy to ensure uniform polyurethane foaming and precise length cutting.
In addition, the customer also ordered 20 sets of cold storage doors, fully embedded color steel doors (floor-mounted doors).
The door panels are made of 0.5mm thick white-gray color steel sheets, including heating wire (110V), zinc alloy door fittings (2 hinges; 1 lock; 1 door closer), and a door frame (1100*2200*100mm).
The frame includes a 2.0mm thick single-sided anti-slip aluminum plate, a height of 600mm, and four-sided flat bubble-proof design. Opening directions: 10 left, 10 right.
We also provide matching installation accessories, such as U-shaped channels, inside corners, and outside corners.
