Element Cold Room PU Insulation Panel delivers outstanding thermal insulation performance with thermal conductivity of 0.018–0.024 W/(m·K) at 25°C, ranking among the lowest available for mature insulation materials.
Adopting high-pressure continuous foaming technology, the core features uniform and dense foam, closed-cell rate ≥97%, low-temperature dimensional stability ≤1.5%, and water absorption ≤4%. It effectively blocks water vapor penetration. The airtight interlocking joint design eliminates thermal bridges, offering excellent water and air tightness.
Pre-fabricated in the factory, the panel has high rigidity and mature supporting accessories. It adapts to all-weather construction, cutting installation cycles and reducing labor & material loss by over 50%.

How we Produced
Coated Steel Uncoiling
The production process starts with precise uncoiling of pre-coated steel coils. We carefully handle the material at this stage to preserve the integrity of the coated surface, creating a flawless base for the subsequent manufacturing steps of our Cold Room PU Insulation Panel.
Electrostatic Film Laminating
The uncoiled steel sheet then goes through electrostatic film lamination. Using advanced electrostatic adsorption technology, a protective film is firmly bonded onto the steel surface. It improves corrosion resistance and surface appearance, while protecting the sheet during subsequent fabrication of our PU Insulation Panel.
Forming of Coated Steel Sheet
The laminated steel sheet is then fed into high-precision forming machines. Controlled roll-forming processes accurately shape the flat sheets into panel profiles that meet strict garage door design specifications.
Double Track Foam Composite
Formed panels proceed to foam injection. Polyurethane foam is rigorously injected under pressure into the double-track panel structure, creating a continuous core that significantly improves thermal insulation and acoustic performance.
Precise Machine Cutting
Finally, the composite panels undergo computer-numerical-controlled (CNC) cutting. This automated process ensures each panel is trimmed to exact dimensional requirements, guaranteeing consistency and perfect fit during door assembly.

A: Our panels maintain stable performance from -40°C to +50°C. For deep freeze applications below -25°C, we recommend 150mm or thicker panels.
What's the cold storage panel width?
Standard production widths are 1000mm and 1150mm. Other widths up to 1200mm are available with lead time.
