The Element PU Wall Sandwich Panel is composed of 0.5mm-thick color-coated steel sheets bonded to a polyurethane foam core with a density of 42kg/m³, offering exceptional thermal insulation performance (thermal conductivity of just 0.021 W/m·K). Typically used for the exterior walls of warehouses and factories, it features a specialized joint design that allows for concealed-fastener installation.
The product is available in four thicknesses ranging from 50mm to 200mm, with custom sizing options also supported. It utilizes a convenient concealed-fastener installation method. We provide complimentary installation drawings and a 5-year warranty; should you require installation guidance, we can also arrange for a professional construction team to assist you.
