Element Rockwool Insulation Board, also known as PU edge sealed rockwool sandwich panel, is a premium building cladding material designed for factory exterior walls, warehouses and cleanrooms. Featuring non-combustible rock wool core with a melting point up to 1000°C, it delivers reliable Class A fire resistance to block flame spread and reduce fire risks.
The panel achieves low thermal conductivity of 0.043w/m.k for outstanding thermal insulation and energy-saving performance, while its sound insulation capacity reaches ≥30dB to cut external noise interference.
Adopting PU(PIR) closing design, it boasts excellent watertightness and airtightness to stop moisture and dust infiltration. Built with high-quality hydrophobic rock wool, the board is sturdy, stable and long-lasting. Its hidden screw joint maintains a flat, neat facade, and custom colors, thickness and density are available to match various project requirements.
