Products Description
Element rockwool sandwich wall panels adopt 120kg/m³ rockwool core with thermal conductivity λ=0.041 W/(m·K). Available thickness options: 50/75/100/150/200mm. U-value ranges from 0.84 down to 0.23 W/(m²·K).
Outer sheet: 0.5–0.7mm G350; inner sheet:0.4–0.6mm G350. Facing choices: color-coated steel, stainless steel or color aluminum. Panel width 500–1200mm, customizable length. Multiple surface profiles: small wave, wide rib, flat, embossed, printed.
Class A1 fire rating to GB8624-2012. Hybrid core options: PU+rockwool or PU+glass wool. Ideal for fire-resistant factory, warehouse and cold storage exterior & interior wall projects.

Rock wool Panel production workshop

Uncoiler
Two 10-ton uncoilers can reduce intermediate scrap generated during coil splicing, thereby saving costs for the customer.
Laminating machine
Applying a protective film to the sheet surface during the roll-forming process effectively safeguards the steel sheet's finish against dents and scratches during production, handling, and loading for shipment.

Rock wool equipment
The rock wool is made from basalt fiber, features a 99% water repellency rate, and is rated Class A for fire resistance.
Dual-track molding
The variable-frequency constant-temperature control system extends the effective curing time by 30%, ensuring more thorough curing of the core material and resulting in more stable panel performance.

Element Rockwool Panel

Rockwool Wall Panel Project
The project utilizes two types of panels-PU-edged rock wool panels and PIR cold storage panels-featuring a randomized layout of mixed exterior finishes. The interior cold storage panels feature a 150mm thickness .

Rockwool Raw materials

Core Material Options-ROCKWOOL
- Class A1 fireproof (GB8624-2012):Non-combustible, stops flame spread.
- Great thermal insulation:λ=0.041 W/(m·K), reduces energy cost.
- Sound absorption:Effective noise reduction for industrial sites.
- Hydrophobic core:Resists moisture, stable performance in humid areas.
- High strength & durable:120kg/m³ density, anti-deformation.
- Safe & eco-friendly:No toxic fumes at high temperature.
How to Install Bottom Rock wool Panel
- STEP1: Purlin layout: vertical purlins for horizontal panels, horizontal purlins for vertical panels. Spacing per datasheet.
- STEP2: Mechanically fasten bottom flashing to purlins with flat-head self-tapping screws or rivets. Add continuous angle steel if purlin spacing is too large. Flashing overlap ≥100mm. Apply two lines of 20×1 butyl tape or structural sealant at overlaps.
- STEP3: Apply 30×2 continuous butyl tape between bottom flashing and panel inner skin to seal the interface and block interior-exterior moisture transfer.
- STEP4: Mechanically fasten starting brackets to purlins with no less than 2 self-tapping screws. Bracket spacing shall follow design requirements. Horizontal & spacing tolerance ±1mm.
- STEP5: Mount wall panels. Fasten top to keels with self-tapping screws & reinforcing plates. See mid-joint detail
