Element 50–150 mm PU Sandwich Panels are suitable for cold storage rooms with temperatures ranging from 5 to -25°C. We also offer complete walk-in coolers for fish, meat, and food storage, including cold storage doors, floors, and refrigeration equipment. The finished polyurethane has a density of 42 kg/m³, and custom storage room dimensions are available.
Element polyurethane has a daily production capacity of up to 3,000 square meters, ensuring fast delivery! A variety of color-coated steel options are available, and custom sizes are possible.

How we Produced
Coated Steel Uncoiling
The production process begins with the precise uncoiling of pre-coated steel coils. This initial stage requires careful handling to ensure the integrity of the coated surface is maintained, providing a flawless foundation for subsequent processing steps.
Electrostatic Film Laminating
The uncoiled steel undergoes electrostatic film lamination. Utilizing advanced electrostatic adsorption technology, a protective film is permanently bonded to the steel surface. This enhances both corrosion resistance and visual appeal while safeguarding the material during further fabrication.
Forming of Coated Steel Sheet
The laminated steel is then fed into high-precision forming machines. Through controlled roll-forming processes, the flat sheets are accurately shaped into panel profiles that meet exact garage door design specifications.
Double Track Foam Composite
Formed panels proceed to foam injection. Polyurethane foam is rigorously injected under pressure into the double-track panel structure, creating a continuous core that significantly improves thermal insulation and acoustic performance.
Precise Machine Cutting
Finally, the composite panels undergo computer-numerical-controlled (CNC) cutting. This automated process ensures each panel is trimmed to exact dimensional requirements, guaranteeing consistency and perfect fit during door assembly.
