In continuous production, metal facings are unrolled, preheated, and injected with PU foam under controlled conditions before curing in a laminator, trimming, and cutting (output: 1.5–4 m/min). Batch production involves pouring PU into molds for custom shapes, curing (25–45 min), and finishing.

Key controls: foam density (45–65 kg/m³), temperature, and flame retardancy (B1 rating). Panels are tested for thermal conductivity (≤0.024 W/m·K) and compressive strength (≥150 kPa).
