Its refrigeration system supports ammonia, CO₂ or Freon refrigerants, and is equipped with dual circuit power supply and cold storage technology to prevent power outages.

Element frozen cold storage is mainly composed of high-insulation wall panels/ceiling panels (polyurethane/PIR foam core, R value ≥4.5/m²·K) and non-slip aluminum floors, and the seams are sealed by hooks to prevent thermal bridges.

 

Special cold storage doors (sliding doors, swing doors, high-speed doors, etc.) are equipped with heating seals, electric heaters and visual windows to ensure airtightness and safety in environments below -18°C. The design must take into account energy efficiency (CO₂ cascade refrigeration), hygiene standards (stainless steel finishes) and automated management (WMS+AGV).

 

Key control points include humidity barriers, emergency escape devices and cleanliness requirements that meet FDA/HACCP, suitable for ultra-low temperature scenarios such as food and medicine.
