Element's polyurethane cold storage panel production line comes from Italy, with a daily capacity of 3000 cubic meters, high closed-cell rate, and uniform foaming.

EIt is compatible with n-pentane environmentally friendly foaming and meets CE and EN14509 international standards. The entire line includes uncoiling, leveling, and forming; steel plate pretreatment and preheating; high-pressure foaming; double-track lamination and curing; flying saw cutting, trimming, film coating, and stacking; and a Siemens PLC intelligent control system. Panel widths range from 950-1200mm, and panel thicknesses from 30-220mm.

PUR panel cold storage rooms, with their excellent thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity, and moisture-proof properties, can store fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, seafood, dairy products, and frozen foods by adjusting the storage temperature. They can also store pharmaceuticals, vaccines, chemical raw materials, and seeds, and in some applications, are used for flower preservation. High-temperature storage is suitable for fruits and vegetables, while refrigerated storage at around 0°C is suitable for fresh meat and dairy products. Low-temperature freezing storage at -18°C and below is suitable for frozen foods, frozen meat, and seafood. Deep low-temperature storage can be used for special pharmaceuticals and special goods. PUR panels have a high flame retardant rating, making them suitable for food processing and foreign trade cold chain projects. However, they should not be used to store highly corrosive or volatile chemicals directly to avoid corroding the steel panels and foam core layer of the sandwich panel.
