I. Quality Management System
Overall Responsibility: General Manager Responsibility System. Ultimate accountability rests with the General Manager.
Policy & Oversight: Supervisory Manager(s) set specific quality-related reward and punishment policies.
Independent Inspection:
Quality Inspectors are assigned directly to the company level and to each production workshop.
These inspectors are independent of the workshop staff they monitor.
They conduct regular inspections.
Reporting: Inspectors report quality inspection results directly to their Supervisory Manager.
Product Testing & Verification:
Random Inspections are conducted on cold storage panels and doors produced by each workshop.
Key tests include Insulation Performance Testing and Limit Value Testing.
Goal: Ensure every panel and door provided to customers meets all relevant technical requirements.
