Featuring excellent self-supporting strength, air tightness, thermal insulation and anti-cold bridge performance, these Cold Room PU Insulation Panel solutions deliver reliable thermal efficiency for cold storage projects.
Face sheet options include color coated steel, aluminum foil, weathering steel and stainless steel. The effective panel width ranges from 930 mm to 1120 mm, with face steel thickness of 0.4–0.7 mm. Core thickness can be customized from 30mm up to 100mm, with core material choices of PU(PIR), PU+Glass Wool and PU+Rockwool. Thermal conductivity can reach ≤0.023 W/(m·k). The plug-in interlocking joint ensures tight assembly for your cold room build.

Product Manufacturing
Decoiling & Surface Pre-treatment
Pre-coated steel coils are uncoiled. The steel surface is protected with electrostatic adhesive film to avoid scratches during roll forming.
Roll Forming
Flat steel sheets are fed into precision roll-forming machines to form the interlocking panel profiles.
PU Raw Material Mixing & Pouring
Polyol and isocyanate are precisely proportioned and mixed. The liquid PU mixture is evenly poured onto the lower metal sheet..
Continuous Foaming & Double-belt Press Curing
The upper and lower steel sheets are closed together. The PU material expands uniformly under constant temperature and pressure inside the double belt press, forming dense, consistent foam core.
Fixed-length Cutting
After full curing, the continuous panel is cut to the custom length according to order requirements.
Inspection & Finishing
Finished panels go through quality inspection for dimensions, density, surface condition and bonding strength. Qualified products are stacked and packed for shipment.
