1. Surface Material
PPGI steel: Cost-saving for fruit/vegetable storage, dry workshops.
304 stainless steel: Anti-corrosion for seafood plants, slaughterhouses & clean food workshops.
Custom anti-corrosion sheets available.
Steel gauge: 0.4–0.5mm for mini cold rooms; 0.6–0.7mm for busy logistics warehouses against forklift hits.
2. Panel Thickness by Temperature
100mm: 2~10℃ fruit & vegetable pre-cooling storage
150mm: 0~-18℃ meat freezer storage
200mm: -25~-60℃ ultra-low temp freezer, vaccine room & tropical-area cold storage
3. Insulation Standard
42kg/m³ PU foam density, thermal conductivity ≤0.024 W/(m·K). Lower value means less power consumption, perfect for hot regions.
4. Fire Rating
B1: Pharma warehouses, large food factories, EU & US projects with strict fire codes
B2: Small farm storage & simple cold rooms for basic fire safety
