Cold storage door industry status

China's cold storage has entered a stage of explosive growth, the industry is developing very rapidly, but the structure is not very reasonable. Domestic cold chain logistics parks have begun to show excess phenomenon, many cold storage resources exist idle situation, and a large number of construction will inevitably further aggravate overcapacity and market competition. The construction boom of cold chain logistics park needs to be cooled down, and the investment construction should be rational. The government should introduce corresponding policies for effective and reasonable guidance, and the industry must change the idea of emphasizing construction and light operation.
From a national perspective, in terms of cold storage types, the freezer accounts for more than 50%, while the ultra-low temperature freezer accounts for less than 1%. At the same time, more than 60% of the proportion of cold storage is distributed in the eastern region, while the proportion of cold storage in the central and western regions is insufficient. In addition, in the storage of commodity categories, fruit and vegetable products accounted for more than 30%, while the proportion of aquatic products, meat and poultry products needs to be improved.
Since the announcement of the "Agricultural cold chain Logistics Development Plan" in 2010, China's cold chain logistics park has begun to rise a boom of investment and construction. However, the domestic cold chain logistics started late and developed fast, and it still faces the bottleneck of hardware and software in the construction and operation of the park.
On the one hand, the rise of the construction boom of domestic cold chain logistics parks is mainly stimulated and promoted by the introduction of policies, and the corresponding hardware facilities have not been developed simultaneously, which has become the main restricting factor for the construction and operation of logistics parks. The construction of cold chain logistics park is to gather multiple resources, improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics and reduce costs. The lack of basic hardware facilities will inevitably affect the improvement of efficiency, making the cold chain logistics park in shape but not in reality.
On the other hand, the soft power of domestic cold chain logistics parks still needs to be improved. In order to realize the intensive and efficient operation of the whole process of cold chain logistics, it is mainly to effectively integrate resources and carry out systematic and scientific control, further restrict costs and control processes. In the actual operation of the system control box, cold chain logistics practitioners also play a great role. The lack of attitude, awareness and understanding also affects the overall efficiency of cold chain logistics.
