What Makes Up a Cold Storage Room?
As illustrated, a standard cold storage room generally consists of the following six core systems:

1. PU Insulation Panels
PU panels constitute the walls, ceiling and floor of cold rooms. They effectively isolate external heat, lock indoor cold air and reduce energy loss.
2. Cold Room Door
The door is the key insulation component. Excellent sealing performance prevents cold air leakage, avoids frost accumulation and maintains internal temperature stability during frequent opening and closing.
3. Temperature Controller
It monitors real-time temperature and automatically controls refrigeration operation. The over-temperature alarm function effectively prevents cargo damage caused by temperature deviation.
4. Condensing Unit
As the power core of the refrigeration system, it drives the refrigerant circulation. Reasonable model matching guarantees sufficient cooling capacity and low power consumption.
5. Evaporator
Installed indoors, it evenly distributes cold air. Optimized airflow eliminates temperature differences and ensures uniform storage environment.
6. Air Curtain
The air curtain forms an air barrier at the doorway. It blocks external hot and humid air intrusion, reduces cold loss and frost, ideal for frequent loading and unloading scenarios.
