1. Good stiffness: Due to the bonding of rock wool core material and two layers of steel plates as a whole, they work together, and with the addition of wave compression on the surface of the roof panel, their overall stiffness is much better than the on-site composite plate with rock wool (fiberglass wool) sandwiched between the compression plate. After being fixed to the purlins through connectors, the sandwich panel greatly improves the overall rigidity of the roof and enhances its overall working performance. By using rock wool sandwich panels, larger spacing between purlins can be used, which can save 1/3 to 2/3 of the amount of purlins used.
2. Reasonable fastening method: The rock wool roof panel adopts a fastening connection method, avoiding the hidden danger of water leakage at the joints of the roof panel and saving the amount of accessories.
3. The fixing method is firm and reasonable: The rock wool roof panel is fixed with special M6 self tapping screws and purlins, which can effectively resist external forces such as typhoons. The self tapping screws are set at the peak position on the surface of the roof panel and adopt a special waterproof structure to avoid the occurrence of waterproof weak points.
4. Short installation cycle: Rock wool sandwich panels, as there is no need for secondary processing on site, can not only maintain a clean surrounding environment without affecting the normal progress of other processes, but also greatly shorten the installation cycle of the panels. The daily average installation area of rock wool sandwich panels is 600-800 square meters.
5. Anti scratch protection: During the production of rock wool sandwich panels, polyethylene adhesive protective film can be pasted on the surface to avoid scratches or wear on the surface coating of the steel plate during transportation and installation.
