1. The ambient temperature for spraying polyurethane insulation board equipment should be 10-40 ℃, the wind speed should not exceed 5m/s (level 3 wind), and the absolute humidity should be less than 80%. Construction should not be carried out on rainy days. When the ambient temperature during construction is below 10 ℃, robust techniques should be taken to ensure the quality of spraying.
2. The distance between the nozzle and the working surface should be adjusted according to the pressure of the spraying equipment, and should not exceed 1.5m; The speed of the nozzle movement during spraying should be uniform. In homework, the next layer can only be sprayed after the polyurethane sprayed on the previous layer is nominally non stick.
3. The polyurethane insulation layer after spraying should be fully matured for 48-72 hours before proceeding to the next construction process.
4. The nominal flatness tolerance of the sprayed polyurethane insulation layer shall not exceed 6mm.
5. When using leveling materials such as plaster adhesive to level the insulation layer of polyurethane insulation board, the glass fiber mesh (or steel wire mesh) that is about to be cut should be broken, and an iron trowel should be pressed into the plaster adhesive. The overlapping width of adjacent mesh (or steel wire mesh) should not be less than 100mm; The mesh (steel wire mesh) should be laid flat without wrinkles, hollowing, or warped edges. Corner protectors should be installed at the corners.
