Element PU Sandwich Panels Pass Full Third-Party Performance Testing with Top-tier Fire & Thermal Insulation Performance

Superior Fire Safety Performance The PU panel achieves GB 8624 B1(C) flame retardant grade, the key fire safety standard for building insulation materials. It features a limiting oxygen index of 32.4%, far exceeding the qualified threshold of 30%. During combustion tests, the panels produce no molten dripping that causes secondary ignition, with a maximum flame height below 150 mm within 60 seconds, effectively restraining flame spread and minimizing fire risks for cold storage and industrial buildings.

Ultra-Low Thermal Conductivity for Maximum Energy Savings Optimized polyurethane foaming technology enables an ultra-low thermal conductivity of 0.0203 W/(m·K), significantly lower than the industry qualified standard of 0.024 W/(m·K). The high closed-cell structure effectively blocks cold and heat transfer, greatly reducing refrigeration energy consumption for cold storage operations and delivering long-term energy-saving benefits for commercial and industrial cold chain projects.

Extreme Temperature Weathering Stability After 72 hours of continuous extreme temperature cycling tests ranging from -40℃ ultra-low temperature to 65℃ high temperature, the panels maintain intact surface structure with no cracking, deformation, aging or performance attenuation. This excellent weather resistance adapts to diverse global climatic environments, from frigid high-latitude regions to tropical high-temperature and humid areas, ensuring stable long-term operation of overseas projects.

Reliable Mechanical & Waterproof Performance With a standard density of 38kg/m³, the panels deliver a bending strength of 319kPa and compressive strength of 161kPa, fully meeting the mechanical load requirements of on-site hoisting, installation and long-term use. Meanwhile, the ultra-low water absorption rate of 1.8% prevents moisture penetration and mold growth, maintaining stable insulation performance in humid and rainy environments.
