Gently wipe the lenses with a clean, dry cloth and clear surrounding obstacles to solve most signal obstruction problems.

II. What to do if the garage door makes unusual noises?

Many users find that their garage doors make a "ticking" sound when closing, or that the sound only appears after the door has bounced back. This is actually the garage door telling you that it cannot close safely and a fault needs to be checked.

Besides sensor issues, check the door track for obstructions and loose screws. If there are debris in the track, it will obstruct the door's movement and cause it to close poorly; loose screws may cause the door to shake or make abnormal noises. Regularly checking the track and screws, removing debris, and tightening screws can effectively reduce malfunctions and extend the garage door's lifespan.

Furthermore, if the garage door motor malfunctions, the door track deforms, or core components such as springs and chains are damaged, do not attempt to disassemble and repair it yourself.
