Recently, we completed full overseas installation of a complete cold storage equipment package for a 5,000 sq ft (465 m²) cold storage project in Houston, Texas. The facility is designed for -18°C storage and will be used mainly for frozen meat and ready-to-cook frozen foods.
The customer is a local frozen food distributor whose existing warehouse had poor insulation, unstable temperature control, and high energy consumption. Based on the warehouse size, product turnover, and Houston's hot climate, we developed a complete solution including 150 mm fire-retardant PU insulated panels, sliding cold room doors, North American 60 Hz refrigeration equipment, an intelligent control system, and installation accessories.

The total equipment supply value was approximately US$185,000. This included about US$72,000 for insulated panels and accessories, US$68,000 for the refrigeration system, US$18,000 for cold room doors, and US$27,000 for electrical controls, packaging, technical drawings, and other accessories.
The US$185,000 is the factory equipment supply price only. It does not include local construction, installation, electrical work, fire protection, permits, or other project costs in the USA.

For this project, we used a "China complete equipment supply + local installation" model. We supplied the main equipment from one source,
provided technical drawings and remote installation support, while the local team handled installation in Houston.
This project is another example of our growing experience in the North American cold chain market. We continue to supply PU/PIR cold room panels, cold storage doors, refrigeration systems, and complete cold storage solutions for customers in the USA.

If you are planning a 5,000 sq ft cold storage or freezer project in the USA, send us your warehouse dimensions, required temperature, and project location. We can provide an initial equipment list and budget for your project.
