A full batch of long‑size PU cold room insulated sandwich panels has been completed and shipped to the United States for a local cold‑storage material distributor.
The customer will cut the oversized panels on‑site and resale processed panels to local contractors and cold‑storage project clients across North America.
This order features non‑pre‑cut full‑length panels to support the distributor's flexible inventory model. Instead of factory‑cut finished sizes, panels are produced in maximum factory length, allowing the buyer to cut according to real‑world project dimensions for walk‑in coolers, freezers and commercial cold rooms. This solution helps US distributors reduce stock pressure and respond faster to variable cold‑storage project sizes.

For long‑distance ocean freight, panels are protected with waterproof film plus steel frame reinforcement to prevent scratches, dents and moisture damage during transit. Extra corner protection is applied for these extra‑long panels.
