Foaming process:
The clip-lock panel is continuation foaming, the foam's close cell rate is more than 95%. The PU raw material coat on the metal evenly.
The cam-lock is manual foam, the foam is put the metal's middle, and spread to surround. The foam is not uniform. And cam-lock does not have test of close cell rate.
Installation:
Clip-lock panel is suitable large cold storage building, need the steel structure to support.
The cam-lock is suitable small or medium-sized cold storage building. If small cold room, it is easy to installed. If medium cold room, cam-lock panel also need steel structure support.
