Selecting the correct industrial door lift mechanism requires precise calculations of door opening height (H)/lintel height (D) /ceiling depth (C). Below is a structured guide with formulas and decision criteria to simplify the process.

Step 1: Measure Door Opening Height (H)

If 500mm < H < 1000mm → Standard Lift is the default choice.

3: Verify Side Clearance

All lift types require:

One side: ≥ 610mm (for motor installation).

Opposite side: ≥ 120mm (for guide rail stability).
